Anneke Vang Hjort

Senior Project Manager, ph.d.

Anneke Vang Hjort works on how initiatives to improve children’s and young people’s health and well-being can be developed, tested, and successfully implemented in practice. She has particular expertise in collaborations between municipalities, researchers, and professionals, and contributes perspectives on how complex challenges in children’s and young people’s everyday lives can be addressed through collaborative solutions.

Anneke works on municipal projects in which initiatives are co-developed with the professionals and organisations that will ultimately use them. She also has expertise in professionals’ experiences, opportunities, and barriers in promoting children’s and young people’s health and well-being.

Anneke has an educational background in psychology, health promotion, and health strategies, and holds a PhD on how interventions are developed and implemented effectively in practice. She has seven years of experience in project management, collaborative processes, and evaluation at the intersection of research and practice.
