3 Description of processing

3.1 What information is relevant to you depends on your relationship with the Centre; for example, whether you are an applicant for a licence or you are an advisor or job applicant.

4 Transfer out of the EU/EEA

4.1 We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.

4.2 In some cases it may be necessary to deviate from this. The relevant countries may not have been assessed by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data. We will ensure that there is a legal basis for the transfer, for example by providing appropriate safeguards for the transfer using the Commission's standard contractual clauses for transfers to third countries, as published by the Commission, and any additional measures that may be necessary to ensure an adequate level of protection. 5 Confidentiality

5.1 Your personal data will be treated as confidential. Only those who have a business need to access it will have access to your personal data. Your data will only be processed for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.

6 Your rights

6.1 You have the following rights:

  • The right to information. You have the right to request information or access to your personal information. However, there are exceptions, which means that you may not always receive all the information we process.
  •  The right to rectification. You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you rectified. You also have the right to have personal data that you believe is incomplete completed.
  • The right to erasure. In certain cases, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data.
  • The right to restriction of processing. You have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted in certain cases.
  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. This means that you can stop or prevent us from processing your personal data. However, this only applies in certain cases, and we do not have to stop processing your personal data if we can provide legitimate grounds to continue processing your personal data.
