Jesper Madsen

Jesper Madsen is responsible for the Centre’s projects, partnerships, and the strategic development of initiatives to improve the health and well-being of children and young people. He leads the establishment and management of collaborations that support the Centre’s professional ambitions.

Jesper has particular expertise in scalable interventions and extensive experience in developing large-scale initiatives at the intersection of psychology and the environments in which people live, learn, and work. His professional interests focus on concepts of normality, belonging, and significant life transitions.

Jesper has many years of experience in leadership and professional development within knowledge and advisory organisations. He previously served as Head of the Development and Prevention Department at the Student Counselling Service and later as Head of the Knowledge Centre for Inclusive Learning Environments. Jesper holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
