Amanda Almstrup works with early interventions for young children and their families. She has a particular interest in how diet, sleep, and other everyday family habits influence children’s weight, health, and well-being.
Amanda works with questionnaires, data analysis, and communicating knowledge in clear and accessible language. She has a particular focus on young children’s nutrition and on how parents’ habits and everyday environments can influence children’s weight development.
Amanda holds a degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen and has expertise in nutrition, child growth, and quantitative research methods. She has experience in research communication, evidence reviews, and the analysis of data on diet and children’s health.
