Thea Lund Jakobsen

Thea Lund Jakobsen works with the Centre’s impact agenda and the development of the links between grant administration, administrative systems, and governance frameworks. She helps translate data, experience, and results into knowledge and decision-making tools that support the Centre’s strategy, development, and long-term goals.

Thea works with evaluation, learning, and organisational development. She focuses on how knowledge generated through the Centre’s initiatives can be used to strengthen decision-making, prioritise resources, and create the greatest possible value for children’s and young people’s health and well-being.

She has experience in strategy development, impact measurement, and evaluation from the consultancy sector, the Danish Evaluation Institute (EVA), and the NGO sector. Throughout most of her career, she has worked on translating data and evidence into learning, organisational development, and decision-making across organisations.

Thea holds a degree in Sociology and has completed further education in facilitation, non-profit leadership, and mission-driven leadership.
