Activity
Realisation of the 25-year follow-up of 'Better Health for Generations'
The world's largest birth cohort collected data on 96,000 pregnant women and their babies in Denmark between 1997 and 2004. The Centre supports follow-up to increase knowledge about the relationship between body and well-being in children and adolescents.
The project will conduct a 25-year follow-up of the National Birth Cohort (DNBC) to investigate the health conditions, exposures and living conditions of second generation DNBC participants at age 25. This will shed light on the causes of health and disease and form the basis for future studies on preconception programming.
